Ever since Tuesday, the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality has issued red alerts for air quality due to the smoke from all the wildfires going on. I’m glad I got my long ride done on Tuesday since the air has been so bad since that I haven’t ridden outside since then. Things are supposed to improve over the weekend, but I’m still wavering on doing the Bogus Basin hill climb. I would love to do it, but I also don’t want to irritate my lungs only a week before the Parker Mainstreet Omnium.
