2×15’s

20071012cropToday I did my first structured workout of the season: two 15-minute lactate threshold (LT) intervals. I usually do 2×20’s, but am being conservative as I increase my training volume and intensity. I did them on my Kreitler rollers and they felt good. It’s hard for me to adjust my “wattage” frame of mind; with an FTP currently at 270, I was only shooting for 255-270 for these intervals which is typically my tempo range. That’s because my FTP is usually around 300-310. Hopefully my FTP will come back quickly as it’s sad to see such low numbers!
