Wimpy 2×15’s

20080227cropBy the time I got on the bike today I was already dragging so I wasn’t planning on doing anything hard. For the first few minutes of my spin, I even debated about stopping and calling it a rest day. But after a few minutes, my legs started to feel better. By the 15-minute mark I decided to push it and see what I could do. My power was pretty wimpy so I just kept it at tempo. I only did it for 15 minutes then rode easy for five minutes. After the break, my legs felt better so I decided to do another one. The second interval was much better and could even qualify as an LT interval. Sometimes you can’t judge a workout by how you feel at the start!
