Early Morning 2x20s

Click to view intervalsRiding first thing in the morning doesn’t usually go well for me but with my company’s holiday party tonight, I needed to get in a decent workout before work so I can justify all the food I plan to eat! I rode for just over an hour and a half with 2×20-minute LT intervals in the middle. Even though it was only 10°F outside the temperature in the garage, where my rollers are, wasn’t too bad. Took 10 minutes before I had to turn on the fans.
