Heather and I went down to Saint George, Utah for New Year’s and was able ride outdoors for a change. We took the first day easy and just rode up Snow Canyon and back. On New Year’s Day we rode up to Gunlock Reservoir. In the canyon there was still snow on the ground and some of the shady spots on the pavement had frost on it. On Friday we rode up Snow Canyon and I did a VO2/LT interval to Hwy 18. Then we rode north on Hwy 18 to just past Veyo, then turned around and came back the same way. It was a bit chilly up on the shelf but it was nice to finally ride outside.
