Today I was back on the rollers but I didn’t mind. Even though it was sunny outside, it was colder than yesterday and I was in the mood for a steady one hour ride. I mainly rode in the upper-endurance, lower-tempo range with a couple pushes for variety. I also killed two birds with one stone as I caught up on a few cycling forums I frequent.
