Rode with Kurt again today and this time he brought Nick, a friend of his from Portland. We rode west out to Emmett Rd, then headed up to Emmett valley and rode South Slope Rd. In we parted ways; Kurt and Nick needed to get back to Eagle, while I continued onto Horseshoe Bend. I rode tempo most of the rest of the ride and pushed it up the hill. Good, solid workout today.
