Mix it Up

Click to view intervalsI did a mishmash of an indoor workout today. I wanted to do 5×5 VO2s but my legs could only take two reps at my target wattage. So after that I did a 20-minute LT interval then four 30-second “sprints”, with two minutes recovery. I put sprints in quotes because on a set of fixed rollers, you can only sprint so hard without standing up. Even seated, the last 10 seconds are torture so they must be worthwhile…right?!
